What We Collect

When you complete the Discord OAuth flow we temporarily receive the following data directly from Discord's API:

• Discord User ID — a unique numeric identifier for your account.
• Username & display name — used to show your name on the confirmation screen.
• Avatar hash — received as part of the standard API response; not displayed or stored.

This data is used only to add your account to the Zenith server and is never written to a database or any persistent storage.

What We Do Not Collect

• Message content, DM history, or channel activity.
• Email address, phone number, or any contact information.
• Data from any other Discord server you are a member of.
• Payment information of any kind.

Linked Roles

If you use the Linked Roles verification at /verify-user, we additionally write a verified boolean flag to Discord on your behalf using the role_connections.write OAuth scope. This flag is stored by Discord, not by us, and solely indicates that you completed our verification flow.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. The only external service involved is Discord (discord.com). Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Because we do not persist any data on our end, there is nothing to delete. Your Discord account data remains exclusively under Discord's control per their privacy policy.
