Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Zenith Discord verification service at discord.zenith.ooo and the related Zenith accounts, products, subscriptions, purchases, and community services. By signing in, purchasing, or using a Zenith service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must hold a valid Discord account in good standing. Accounts that have been banned from Discord's platform or from any Zenith server are not eligible to use this service.
Acceptable Use
By using this service, you agree not to:
- Use this service to bypass a ban or other moderation action on any Zenith server.
- Impersonate another user or provide false information during verification.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the OAuth flow.
System and setup requirements
Before purchasing or using a Zenith product, you are responsible for confirming that your system meets the published requirements. Unless a product page states otherwise, you must have:
- A stable, supported, and fully updated Windows installation.
- More than 16 GB of installed RAM.
- A working USB drive that you can use for setup or recovery when instructed.
- Administrative access and the ability to follow the supplied setup and troubleshooting instructions.
Systems with 16 GB of RAM or less are unsupported. By purchasing or continuing on such a system, you acknowledge a materially higher risk of instability, crashes, and blue-screen errors. Problems caused by insufficient memory, an unstable or modified Windows installation, unavailable setup media, or failure to follow instructions are not treated as defects in the Zenith product.
Refunds and final sales
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases, Credit top-ups, subscription charges, and delivered digital entitlements are final and non-refundable. Zenith does not issue refunds in most cases. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, failure to review the requirements, unsupported hardware or software, insufficient RAM, inability to use a required USB drive, conflicts caused by third-party software, prior bans or spoofers, game-provider enforcement, or use outside the intended environment.
A discretionary refund is exceptionally rare and may be considered only after Zenith conclusively verifies that the product is completely unusable because of a reproducible failure caused entirely by Zenith software or a Zenith-controlled service. The user must have met every stated requirement, followed the supplied instructions, and completed reasonable troubleshooting, and Zenith must be unable to provide a working fix or replacement within a reasonable time. If the cause is uncertain, cannot be reproduced, or cannot be isolated to Zenith, a discretionary refund will not be approved. We may require diagnostic information and proof of the issue, and every request is assessed individually.
Nothing in these Terms limits a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, withdrawal right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a checkout separately asks for your express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement that an ordinary withdrawal right will be lost once delivery begins, that acknowledgement does not remove rights relating to genuinely defective or misdescribed digital content.
Prior bans, spoofers, and provider enforcement
Users who were previously banned, used a third-party spoofer, altered hardware identifiers, or used other unauthorized software face a materially higher risk of another ban. Those actions may leave accounts, devices, or hardware identifiers flagged, and Zenith cannot confirm that an affected HWID or account is completely clean.
Game publishers, platform operators, and anti-cheat providers control their own detection and enforcement systems. Zenith does not control their decisions and cannot guarantee that any account or device will remain unbanned. A ban, suspension, restriction, or other provider action is not by itself evidence that a Zenith product is defective and, except where mandatory law provides otherwise, is not a basis for a refund.
Zenith products are designed and tested for their stated, authorized environment, and we take reasonable measures to protect their integrity. No software can be represented as risk-free, universally compatible, or guaranteed against third-party detection or enforcement.
Permitted environment and user responsibility
Zenith products are provided only for learning, research, and controlled testing on localhost, locally hosted servers, private test environments, or other systems where you have clear authorization. We do not recommend or authorize use on public, live, or real game servers. Such use may violate a game publisher's or platform provider's terms and is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
You are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to every game, server, platform, account, and computer you use. These Terms do not grant permission to interfere with third-party services or systems.
Product protection and prohibited conduct
Unless Zenith gives prior written permission or applicable law expressly grants a non-waivable right, you must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, modify, or derive source code from a Zenith product.
- Bypass licensing, authentication, access controls, obfuscation, anti-tamper measures, rate limits, or other technical protections.
- Probe, exploit, hack, overload, or disrupt a Zenith product, website, API, payment flow, bot, or supporting infrastructure.
- Extract or disclose private protocols, keys, files, source material, assets, or technical information.
- Leak, publish, resell, sublicense, share, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to a Zenith product or account.
- Assist another person in any prohibited activity listed above.
Suspension and enforcement
Zenith may suspend or terminate access to products, accounts, services, or community spaces without prior notice when we reasonably believe there has been a Terms violation, security threat, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, interference with the service, or other conduct that creates risk for Zenith or its users. To protect security, investigations, and detection methods, we may withhold detailed reasons or evidence except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Zenith does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, universally compatible, ban-free, or detection-free operation and is not responsible for third-party enforcement, unsupported systems, user configuration, prior account or HWID history, or software outside Zenith's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
